65/ F underwent bilateral TKR 9 months back
C/O severe low back pain radiating to both legs with difficulty standing and walking for more than 5 min post-surgery.
MRI spine showed mild L5/S1 lumbar canal stenosis.
Did stress X-rays which revealed grade 2 L5/S1 Listhesis, that explained her severe claudication symptoms.
We did L4 to S1 instrumentation and decompression. Symptoms dramatically improved post-surgery.
