Dr Niraj kasat is very good orthopedic doctor. I am a diabetic patient and was suffering from tenosynovitis. I visited 2 doctors but no relief. Dr kasar explained me that it is common in diabetic patients. He asked me to control my sugars. Later he did small surgery under local anaesthesia. Now I m all right and back to work Big thank you to him
